Elbit Systems - Cyclone ("Cyclone") is a leading facility for modifications, repair and depot level maintenance for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft for the Israeli Air Force and other customers around the world. Being an Israeli CAA (ICAA) and Bell Helicopter Textron (BHT) Approved Service Station, a major portion of Cyclone’s business activities include fixed-wing and helicopter maintenance, systems installation, upgrades and depot level operations for helicopters.
Cyclone also provides Fleet Operation Services such as "Power By Hour" (PBH) and "Private Finance Initiative" (PFI) programs, Repair/Upgrade Activities, Systems Integration, Aircraft Modifications and Fleet Operation. Cyclone integrates a variety of advanced systems on fixed and rotary-wing aircraft to upgrade capabilities and keep them flying longer and smarter. A front-to-back service, from preliminary design to installation and testing, Cyclone’s upgrade programs enhance aircraft economy and productivity.

Israeli Police Squadron – PBH Program
Elbit Systems - Cyclone was chosen by the Israeli Police Forces to provide a Power by Hour (PBH) program for its squadron.
The program includes:
•Total of seven aircraft
•Thousands flight hours per year.
•Complete service package and responsibility for maintenance and logistics.
